We will visit your property to take photos and to write a description, and will then send details of your property to our clients. If required, we can also offer you advice on the recommended sale price of your property as well as any other advice you may need, such as possible improvements to increase price/interest.
We will keep you updated on viewer’s opinions on your property, and help you through the process of selling when a buyer has been found.
Our commission charge is 2% of the sale price.
